Group Classes

Based on the Gyrokinesis Method, this movement class includes a directed self-massage, breath work, spinal flexibility exercises, standing balance work, and core strengthening. It’s a gentle, yet energizing work out.

Feeling creeky? Anxious? I can help. Sign up for a weekly private session and we will work out the kinks with soothing, invigorating exercises that restore your sense of well being.
I can assess your needs and respond to your preferences. We can tailor a yoga, dance or Gyrokinesis class for you. We can work with weights, blocks and an exercise ball if you have one. Contact me below with your interests and a time we can talk in person.
I’ve been teaching group and private sessions for many years, drawing from my experience as a dancer and alternative fitness practitioner.
