This 6 week course is offered as a weekly class via Zoom, with optional private sessions to ensure good form, track progress and offer modifications as needed. Each class works the whole body with an emphasis on upper body and core strength and progresses from basic to intermediate level exercises as you get stronger. This course is for you if:
— you want clear guidance so you do not hurt yourself
— you’re interested in strengthening arms, core and posture
— you want some personal attention but can work on your own
