Have you ever wanted to know how to use an exercise ball? This is the course for you! You’ll learn how to use a 55-65cm exercise ball to release deeply held tension, lengthen out the body and develop core control. We’ll also use the ball for injury prevention exercises and strength for the shoulder joint.
